Back 2️⃣ Basics

Some days I feel down or lost and don’t know😵 what to do. When I feel like this, I do what i call “get back to basics.” I take out the trash. I do my laundry. I clean🧹 my place up. I simplify anything I can. I do my dishes–sometimes other people’s dishes. I air up my car🚘 tires and anything maintenance related. Anything reasonable that needs to be cleaned or organized, I will do. It makes me feel more balanced🙂 and regular…not to mention these things need to be done anyway. Call me crazy😜 but there is something meditative about tidying up. At the end of it, not only are my surrounding clean, simple and organized, I am a little more ‘clean’😍 on the inside too.
