Dawn, powerful and cold
She 😩frightens most
Few leave warm hearth–because of her
I enjoy her 🥶cold greeting
Ice queen loves me in her way
I pretend to not like her cold embrace
Her icy 👋🏽hands caress me like daggers
Few spend time with her by choice
Oh well, more ⛄winter wonderland for me!
Ecstasy, Ice queen’s domain
🌨Clouds cover sun so rays do not blind
When Ice queen rules in her most potent
In the long night
🔥Fire 👸🏽princess quietly waits
My fire princess sleeps much the winter away
Still, she does wake.
In a warm tent; In a hot 🚿shower; In a warm bed.
Giggling mischievously, when I expect the queen, the princess singes me.
She makes me 🥵sweat
All know Ice queen and Fire princess.
They rarely meet, yet share border lands
We 🥰love them both / desire their balance
Even a polar bear would freeze to the bone with the Queen alone.
If I stray too far into Fire princess’s zone I will 🔥burn
A tissue in a firestorm
💀La fin!
Life cradled in their balance.
Ice queen, 1st born; she is eternal.
Fire princess, 2nd born, long may she reign.
Our home is 3rd to orbit Fire princess’s palace🔆
Fire princess bids plants grow.
🌿Plants stretch towards her
Warm rays nourish our green friends.
They in turn let us breath and feed.
Never a peep from plants at the harvest / slaughter.
So different from us they are
Yet much shared🤝🏽
Most minaj with them, never knowing
Though generally a tepid affair
Not the path to ecstasy–more intensity!
Razor thin separation.
Ice queen 🧊chills, gently cutting with her icy claws
Fire princess 🔥burns, gently sears
Near each other, but never touching
